Paso Robles Vacation Rental Photography

Syl Arena has photographed a number of Paso Robles Vacation Rental properties. Among these are: The Cottage on Capitol Hill, Emily’s House, The Oak Street House and Upstairs on Vine.

Paso Robles Vacation Rental Photography
Basic Web Package $350
Objective: up to 10 shots for use on web produced as economically as possible

  • Up to six interior rooms will be photographed from one or two viewpoints
  • Exterior will be shot from one or two viewpoints (ie: front yard and back yard equals two viewpoints)
  • Composition will be full-room vistas with viewpoints selected by photographer
  • Photographs of details (aka: still life shots) are not included in this package
  • Photography will be based on available light (meaning that light coming in through windows will typically be washed out)
  • Photographer is on site typically for 60 minutes or less
  • Photographer will create an online gallery of preliminary selections based upon his experience in working with PRVR. Gallery will remain online for two weeks.
  • Client will select up to ten shots for use on the property’s website and/or the PVRS website
  • Images will be prepared for use on web to following specifications (resolution = 72ppi, color space = sRGB, format = JPEG, dimensions = 1024px x 768px)
  • Portfolio of 10 images will be delivered electronically via email
  • Re-sizing of images for use on client’s website is up to web designer

Basic Web + Print Package $500
Objective: up to 10 shots for use on web or in print (postcards, brochures, etc) produced as economically as possible

  • Up to six interior rooms will be photographed from one or two viewpoints
  • Exterior will be shot from one or two viewpoints (ie: front yard and back yard equals two viewpoints)
  • Composition will be full-room vistas with viewpoints selected by photographer
  • Photographs of details (aka: still life shots) are not included in this package
  • Photography will be based on available light (meaning that light coming in through windows will typically be washed out)
  • Photographer is on site typically for 60 minutes or less
  • Photographer will create an online gallery of preliminary selections based upon his experience in working with PRVR. Gallery will remain online for two weeks.
  • Client will select up to ten shots for use on the property’s website and/or the PVRS website as well as for use in printed materials. Images must be the same for both media (ie: client cannot select 5 images for the web and another 8 for a brochure).
  • Images will be prepared for use on web to following specifications (resolution = 72ppi, color space = sRGB, format = JPEG, dimensions = 1024px x 768px)
  • Images will be prepared for use in print to following specifications (resolution = 300ppi, color space = CMYK, format = TIFF, dimensions = 6″ x 9″)
  • Portfolio of images will be delivered on disk
  • Re-sizing of images for use on client’s website or in printed materials is up to client’s designer.
